I'm Druhin. I run a gaming company, Godspeed Games, out of Pune. We've shipped games that millions of people have played, lost sleep over, and apparently talked about at dinner tables. That still surprises me.

I started The Brief because I kept having the same conversation at founder dinners — someone would ask how we handle player retention, or what the India gaming market actually looks like from the inside, or how you build a creative team without it turning into chaos. I'd say the same things, to different people, every time.
